We welcome submissions from authors whose work aligns with our publishing program. To ensure a smooth review process, please follow the guidelines below.

Please submit two separate PDF files:
- Manuscript (complete manuscript)
- Cover Letter

All documents must be submitted as PDF files.
Please use the following file naming convention for each document:
Manuscript_AuthorName_BookTitle_SubmissionDate.pdf
Coverletter_AuthorName_BookTitle_SubmissionDate.pdf
Cover Letter
Your cover letter should include the following information:
- A brief synopsis of your manuscript.
- A short author biography.
- A statement describing what you hope to gain from working with Jacoba Publishing.
- Information about any previous publishing experience, if applicable.
- A brief insight into how the story or project came to life and what inspired you to write it.
Before You Submit
Please ensure that:
- Your manuscript is complete.
- Both files are submitted separately.
- Your PDFs are clearly named according to the required naming convention.
- The information provided is accurate and up to date.
